I just finished my redo of the Gray Mother Goose Cover. I haven't bound it yet, and I'll probably spend a little more time refining it. But now that I've got it mostly finished, I'm going to start working on a personal piece for a new postcard. I think I'm going to stick to pen and ink for this one, since it's what most people seem to really be responding to.

This is incredible work Pat... but then again, I wouldn't expect anything less from a fellow BAA grad!
Thanks for sharing your contact experiences; breaking into the illustration field is more than difficult, but hearing another illustrator's experience is really helpful!
